SparkPeople Callanetics Team Messageboard Building muscle with Callanetics I've recently hit goal (yay! 154 pounds gone!) but unfortunately many of those pounds that left seem to be muscle. My fat percentage is too high and I need to build muscle. I got a new scale recently that tells me that my lean body weight is only 90 pounds, which seems terribly low.
