After 3 months, I managed to drop 5 lbs to get back under 200 (the weight I promised myself I would NEVER go over). Ok, so I decided to jump on the scale today just to see what my weight was. I know I shouldn't have done it but I've been really upset about this darn plateau at 190! I almost died when I looked down and saw that the scale said 188! It's unofficial so I'm not moving on just yet. I have to wait until Monday for it to be official. But I am still really excited about it and wanted to share my excitement. It's just really frustrating when you try do to things that are good for your body, and it rebels anyway - like a cranky teenager. <BR> <BR> I was doing really well about getting up, walking, or doing some sort of movement... I have been taking my vitamins/meds regularly, and feeding my body good food. Well last week was kind of a bust because I hadn't gotten my vitamins together so didn't take them, and realized I also skipped one of my antidepressant meds. Whee! I... I started the week off to a rough start but stopped myself and whipped my butt back into shape with some extra cardio sessions. So this weigh-in determines if I go to the elusive 180-ville or stay stuck in 190-ville for another week. I think I will jump for joy if I get into 180-ville tomorrow. It will make my day! I had a really bad day yesterday and went waaaay over the limit I'm sure as i took yesterday as my day off.
