I have returned after being gone from Spark People for to long. I am recommitting myself to losing weight while being healthy and getting fit. I have several issues that make mobility a literal pain. Bad knees &amp; shoulders. I had Achilles tendon surgery last December so I am still rehabbing from that. I will work through it and get stronger again. I just had surgery for spinal stenosis fusion so I cant do any exercises from my shoulders and up for 3 months. but I can exercise for the rest of me. I am dealing with several health issues, breast cancer survivor x2; lower back surgery a year ago, chemo induced peripheral neuropathy, and arthritis, and right arm lymphedema due to double mastectomy in 2014, strength and balance issues. I’ve been sedentary since 2014 when I was diagnosed and just recently have been able to do some mild exercise. When I saw this Spark Challenge, I thought this was perfect for me. Since stroke it?s been difficult and I?ve gained even more. Regaining mobility now and motivated! Was left side paralyzed, can now walk and have some shoulder and elbow mobility.
