I had a gastric bypass in 2004 and went down to 175 lbs within one year. Over the past 14 years I have regained and am currently 220. I have gained 20 lbs just this year. I know it is due to stress eating and I was a sous chef with access to munching all day long. I left that job in April and have been unemployed since.
