Hi All, thought I would ask this of my fellow countrymen and women! When I go to add potatoes to my meal when tracking, I can't find any boiled potatoes there, only mashed or baked. Has anyone any idea how many calories, carbs etc in a portion of boiled potatoes? Say 3 baby potatoes or one medium size (size of small fist). The last one I took easy, exploring Phoenix Park and downtown Dublin. <BR> Road trips have been frequent past times. Previously, I have been South to Wicklow, North to Drogheda/Newgrane, South again to Kilkenny, and East to Athlone. I have seen most of the sites in the surrounding areas. <BR> I wanted to see if there were any events worth staying around the city. Otherwise, suggestions for a longer day trip would be appreciated. Does it help? i was in a job 2 and half years ago i walked 5-6 miles a week i put on 2 and a half stone on? couldn`t understand it.. went to gym 2-3 times a week and done aqua arobics.. i looked very stocky.. putting me off walking as a form of excercise.. any ideas or tips or even thoughts???....
