My methods of exercising are walking throughout the day (my goal is 10,000 steps per day, five days a week - taking at least 250 steps per hour between 8 AM and 6 PM) and going to yoga classes about three times a week. I'm a little nervous about yoga tonight because I usually go to the Moderate class, but today I'm going to Moderate/Vigorous. I'm going to go for it, though! I am a 25 year old asthmatic who has been on corticosteroids for 6months out of the last 8. Prednisone was a large part of my weight gain 3 years ago.
