I was holed-up in the house with her and I found it extremely difficult NOT to overeat. I was eating mostly healthy foods, but overdoing it for sure. I stayed away from the foods that are real problems for me, but I still found it very difficult to control my chowing down.

I was back at the gym today and my weight was up .6 of a pound from Monday's weigh-in, so I'm actually not too disappointed. I got it at (My Virtual Model)

You have to register and then you can customize your model with weight, height, hair color, skin color, etc. I did it first for my current weight and then right clicked on the pic and saved it to my desktop. Then I re-did it for my goal weight and saved it again. After I had both versions in .jpg format, I put them together, using Paint Shop Pro. I'm a real novice at PSP, so it took some playing to figure out how to do it, but I did manag...
