I'm looking for ideas on eating healthy with high blood pressure. I'm going for a physical tomorrow and I want a plan that I can do without being put on medication. I know I have a long road ahead, but I already got my required cardio in for this week! 45 minutes on the treadmill, burning 280 calories yesterday and 46 minutes on it, burning 263 calories the day before.
