How can we break those habits? <BR> <BR> One thing that we can do here on SparkPeople with our trackers for fitness and for nutrition is a week in review. At the end of the week look back at your trackers and make notes of any trends, healthy or not, that you see there. That way you can plan for the upcoming week and think of ways to keep the good trends going and also to find ways of changing the "not so good" trends. That is one sugges...
