Day 1 on Jan. 1. <BR> <BR> With the strengthening exercises, I did pretty well, just stared with 3 lb weights until I can get to more reps. Hard to do exercises on my step bench, because it is low to the ground. Even when you click through to the details of each exercise, there are no links to stretches. I've been doing Spark workouts long enough to know what stretches to do for which part of my body - but I think that adding information about stretching would be good practice.
