My walking is standing, walking with hubby, or with my walker. I have used a rolling walker for about 10 years. At this time, I have not been able to go places by m6self. My goals are simple working towards that. Wed, 28 Feb 2018 08:26:00 EST Breakfast I have not eaten breakfast in most of my 64 years. When I did I lost it within the hour due to motion sickness. Oddly I could travel all morning, eat lunch and travel all afternoon and not have that problem. I took the eat 2 eggs each day challenge and see what happens. Since I struggle with low protein levels and high cholesterol and Vitamin B 3 corrects the Cholesterol problem I thought why not. Knowing that eating a meal in the morning really is good for me I chose to eat the eggs then. <B... Drink 8 cups of water per day. <BR> 3.
