Suddenly, today, seizures struck and held me hostage all day. So, tomorrow I begin again. No pity for me, I AM a survivor! I've experienced 8 hours seizure free while I heal so by toorrow I should be ready to continue again. I know I am accepted here and all is well, Just wanted to report in that I am beginning my consistency a day late. I live alone, 42, disabled and even though I love to cook I also love to eat. I guess that is why I have been obese all my adolescent and adult years. I weigh about 332 now my highest weight was about 356. I lost 24 pounds on my own than I started to think I wasn't living because I wasn't eating the foods I really wanted. I felt deprived.
