I heard a friend mention BLE and listened to the audio book last week. For the first time, ever, I felt like I was listening to someone describe what it feels like to be inside my body, and I understood why my weight loss efforts haven't been lasting or haven't worked at all. I am ready to heal my brain from food addiction. I have anxieties swirling around, but I'm also ready to get started. I've already eliminated processed sugar and flour and snacking from my diet and I begin BLE on ... I went through Boot Camp last year and it was life changing. I went from never eating vegetables (except corn and potatoes of course) to being able to force down a big salad nearly every day. I've always hated vegetables and in the first few days would literally cry at the amount of stuff I forced myself to eat. As a vegetarian it was doubly shaming!

I managed to find a way that works for me and I lost 30 pounds. Took a lit... I am deleting the other post.

We got back early this am from our family reunion (drove all night). I kept my eyes on my own plate there and my lines bright. Came back a pound down. Tue, 1 May 2018 09:06:29 EST Just saying Hi http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x65679x68961284 I’m Claire and currently on day 12 of a 14 day challenge. Final weigh day is Tuesday but I did manage a 7lb loss the first week (although I know that’s mainly water). I would like to do a boot camp to help cement this way of eating but I think that is financially out of reach. I have the book and have found a few Facebook groups but I’m looking for like minded people that can help each other and thought joining SparkPeople might be a good idea. Sun, 29 Apr 2018 05:49:42 EST Saying Hello http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x65679x68621812 I'm so glad to have found this forum and wanted to introduce myself and say hello to you all. I've listened to the Bright Line Eating book on audible twice over the last couple of weeks and I've just signed up for the 14 day challenge. I'm really hoping that this way of eating is going to finally help me to get me to my goal weight and stay there.

Looking forward to joining you all on your journeys! Sun, 4 Mar 2018 15:59:02 EST Hesitant but hopeful http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x65679x68531766 I signed up for a BLE bootcamp in October 2016. Yes, I paid the full $999 price. I was highly motivated and created a Master Mind Group and tried to find a BLE buddy. I lost 55 lbs in 7 months and then life happened and I went off the rails. I've regained about 12 lbs since then. The eating plan works for me, but I never completely gave up diet soda. Since Thanksgiving I haven't strictly followed the plan, either, eating NMF weekly. Because of this I still struggle with cravings. I do... I'm not ready to sign-up for BLE Boot Camp but feel a need for a supportive community also doing BLE.

My biggest downfall is always when eating with family and friends. I'm down13.5 lbs already and am loving the long fasting periods. I know there is always initial excitement, and I'm really looking forward to feeling better. I'm at my absolute heaviest, most blah weight, physical freedom, and feeling so positive about this. Wed, 17 Jan 2018 13:08:44 EST Starting Over http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x65679x68262621 Hello. I am an overweight middle-aged lady who, before menopause, never had to even think about how much I ate. How things have changed! Over the past 8 years I've gained about 25 pounds, most of it on my belly. I am an avid runner (have raced for years) and, even though I regularly run 15 - 20 miles per week, the weight just kept slogging on. And, I failed to mention so far that I have a huge problem with sugar. Like, eating bowls of it as a college student and working really hard to f... I'm Ola and I am 37yrs old and have struggled with my weight since I was 12. I have known for sometime that I was a food addict but never made any real effort to get it under control. Bright line eating told me something that I always knew but never committed to: there is no such thing as moderation. Btw I scored a 9 on the quiz so that should let you know the struggle is REAL. I recently stumbled upon BLE following recently when I was looking for some new apps to add to my phone. I have watched a TON of Susan's Vlogs and purchased her audiobook that I've been listening to all week. Her food plan is basically what I have already been following the past year and half under the OA-HOW program. I had a sponsor and worked a strong eating plan; worked several of the steps but I've struggled ...
