Both places I chose the salad bar and a salad on the menu. You can do this by nixing all the NMF salad choices and use dressing sparingly. Or choose balsamic vinegar and oil. I have known for sometime that I was a food addict but never made any real effort to get it under control. Bright line eating told me something that I always knew but never committed to: there is no such thing as moderation. Btw I scored a 9 on the quiz so that should let you know the struggle is REAL.
