SparkPeople SP Class of December 27- January 2, 2016 Team Messageboard Back at it - for real Hi Everyone,
I'm back after a couple of years - and with more determination than ever. I had done so well back in 2016, losing almost 30 pounds, and was well on my way to my target weight. Then in August, I was in a bus collision that left me with a head injury and I got thrown off all of my healthy lifestyle because I was in constant pain. Needless to say, I've gained back all the weight. But now, since I've had a non-stop headache for a year and a half, the neurologist is worried about... Sat, 20 Jan 2018 21:04:56 EST How is everyone doing? How is everyone doing? Have you reached any goals you'd like to share? I hope this year was a good one for everyone on our team.
I stopped tracking over the summer and started back up last month. I stay on track better when I'm tracking here on SP. I've developed some healthy habits, eating better and moving more!
Mon, 3 Oct 2016 18:28:53 EST Benefits of Pineapple

fits-of-pineapple-5-refreshing-recipes
Thu, 28 Apr 2016 19:56:58 EST Hello I came on Spark several years ago and did not stay. I am back, and definitely ready to make life long habit changes. I have 111 lbs to lose so this will not be easy. I am on thyroid med and have six kids. This may be the only thing I can do for me for awhile but I now realize it may be the most important thing I can do for not only myself but my family. The scale is finally starting to move in the right direction :) I am open to any suggestions from those who have achieved weight loss, ... Sun, 17 Apr 2016 13:21:54 EST Plan backward One way to move forward toward your big goals is to plan backward when setting goals.

For example, say you want to lose 26 pounds. After you set an initial long-term goal of losing 26 pounds by one year from now, start planning backward and breaking the goal down into doable chunks. If you want to lose 26 pounds in one year, you’ll need to lose 0.5 pounds (1750 calories) each week. This is 250 calories per day. Many people have 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, which means you can decr... Garlic
Garlic contains numerous sulfur-containing compounds that activate the liver enzymes responsible for flushing out toxins from the body.
