I struggle with my weight so much that it is the one thing I think about from the time I get up until I go to sleep. I am not happy with myself, because I have so much more going for me. I want to be able to have a better self image. Any help would be appreciated. I follow a wholesome whole foods diet and I exercise when I have the energy. Currently going through menopause so that makes it even harder. Encouragement and advice would be greatly app... To the right of that question is the 'Search'. Right under Search is 'Enter food not listed". You can take the package you have with the Nutrition Facts on the side and enter the information in the appropriate spots. Make sure you 'Save Information' when you are f...
