Always had to be mindful of that. Of course came arthritis starting in my 20's and its starting to get worse now in my mid 30's. In July 2014, I decided to simplify my efforts and committed to taking at least a 30 minute walk each day. I made some other significant changes along the way - like intermittent fasting and pretty much eliminating sugar.
