This is new for me and maybe more people would be likelier to try a plant-based diet if it was easier to find information. I love SparkPeople so this isn't an indictment of the program only my lowly opinion. Any way I guess I have decided I will do what I can to inform and encourage the plant-based lifestyle. My sister after a brief illness reduced her meat intake and I saw first hand how it helped her lose weight and become healthier.
