I'm enjoying it a little more these days since I'm down a size since the beginning of this journey. I've never particularly enjoyed it in the past because I often have a difficult time finding fashionable clothes for someone as statuesque as me (JK - I am 4'10!). I also make it difficult on myself by imposing ridiculous "rules" when shopping for clothes. I've never liked my arms so one of my rules has always been to steer... I currently have a recumbent exercise bicycle in the corner of the bedroom, dumbbells in another corner (along with various resistance bands), a Total Gym that is in a closet up at the lake, and I would like to have a treadmill for walking on an incline (which my PT recommends).
