So there is the message board for each team and also a team wall, that I figured out, but then there are also other forums that are not related to teams? And blogs and SparkPages and personal messaging too. It's a bit difficult to navigate. Also, I downloaded the app for my phone so i could easily track my food and stuff. That is why I'm joining again to Sparks people. I don't want to get worse and have to start taking pills oe injections. I need to lose 90 lbs. I have been overweight most of my adult life. I've tried many things before and failed. I've read most in enters have failed some 1000 times before there invention finally comes together.
