I try to keep track of what I eat during the day but then I get home and start logging and realize I am over on calories etc. I know I am eating less only because I am conscious about it but I still feel out of sync with the logging. I was in Weight Watchers for a while and you had points and that was easy because you keep track of points. This system is different and I am still learning how to work... Over the past week I have gotten up to 3 glasses a day. I struggle with this as I don't like to just drink a glass of water. I like flavor or something in it. I can drink water if I am eating but to just carry around a bottle of water is hard for me and most of the time I forget to drink it when I do bring it along. LOL!!
