I dragged my Get Ripped dvd out and did it today. I think I have found what I am going to do for strength training while I train for my half-marathon. I was going to do Making The Cut, but I don't have to the time to make it to the gym regularly. So I think I'm going to do a month of Get Ripped and rotate through the different vidoes (I have four of them). I don't know what's going on with my body today, but I keep feeling a little woozy or kinda like I'm gonna pass out at times. I will be fine for a bit, and then the feeling comes back.
