I am really struggling to do so. I exercise for an hour a day and, using a heart rate monitor, I know I burn roughly 425 calories. Add that to the minimum of 1200 that I am to eat a day, it bumps me to a minimum of about 1625 calories a day. I just can't consume that much food in order to meet the necessary calories unless I don't eat healthy. I don't want to stop exercising. Any ideas??
