I lost 30 pounds but not quite sure what happened - I lost my motivaiton. I need to get it back! WW is a good program and I know what to do but have a hard time staying with the program. This is the most successful that I have been with any program. I have about 45 pounds left to lose. Please help me! Was I pleasantly surprised when I tracked the food I've eaten for the day - it was within the limits set up to loose the weight I have been carrying for 28 years! That can only mean that it was the right day to start.
