Im 43 years old, with 5 generally a very active and sporty person who is strugglibg to lose weight. Ive started a healthy eating plan. <BR> .nothing hectic...just including more protein in my diet...amd lotsa veggies. I'm 62, diagnosed with idiopathic cardiomyopathy out of the blue about 3 years ago, have a pacemaker and implanted defibrillator. I need to lose 50 lbs and have had no success.
