I adore broccoli but I already know that it gives me gas and bloating. I also saw chicken in there and I suspect I am currently having a reaction to chicken. Is there a list of substitutes somewhere? I would prefer to test these two food items in a regular test and since I eat chicken almost every day I should probably wait on that test. I'm just not sure how to even get started with this. I started on The Plan on June 10, lost 4.8 pounds by morning of the fourth day. On Sunday I had a special dinner with my husband and his work so couldn't stay on the Plan for that night.
