Last night I come across my Lavender flowers, I put some in a warm glass and had him breath in the fumes off and on for 20 minutes. I then placed it by his bed. He fell asleep and stayed asleep. I think I'm just stressed out. I fall asleep easily, but I wake up and toss and turn a lot at night. I don't snore unless I'm on my back and I almost always sleep on my stomach or side so I don't think it's a sleep apnea issue. I did some research and saw 5 HTP was a good option but it is contraindicated with a med I take so I couldn't do that one. I also read some stuff on L-Theanine and thought I would give it a try. I just want to feel good and healthy!! I tend to do well for awhile and then once I have a hiccup it goes downhill from there..I love how Spark is community based and I look forward to interacting with all of you, keeping each other on track, and exchanging advice :) Wed, 10 Sep 2014 09:43:06 EST A-Z game...this week the letter B http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x56367x59075802 This week's letter of the week is "B" so share something about yourself that starts with "B".
