Now going to Walmart has always meant buying junk food for a cheap price. I found my measuring tape, browsed around for a bit, then got in line to pay and that's where the temptations were. I kept thinking I could just buy one chocolate bar it's not a big deal but that's where something in my mind said not to and if I could get through the line up today I could get through it tomorrow.

So that's my accompl... Thu, 5 Jul 2012 16:46:13 EST I'm determined to do this!!! Hi, I'm Laura from Louisiana, where the heat & humidity are so bad you feel like you just can't breathe. So outdoor activities, except swimming, are out of the question. I've already lost 19 lbs. on my own, but now I'm stuck at the same weight. Oh, and I HATE EXERCISE but I am willing to start slow and TRY to commit to 10 minutes everyday.
