I live in the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada, My WOE is Intermittent Fasting. I was recently diagnosed with COPD - so had to give up smoking. Howdy from bright and SUNshiney Texas!

Have been a member of this team previously, but left the team when I was able to use my rebounder any longer. Got it back out today and it took me all of 20 jumps to undo my do (hair style). She was concerned at first until she realized I was joking about my hair do.

Hope y'all are having an awesome day! ... I just did my first 10 minutes on my new rebounder and I'm so psyched! Lol. I can already see it will help my knees which are a little weak. They aren't for walking, but I did notice a difference even though my feet just barely left the surface of the rebounder.

I am amazed at how sturdy this thing is too. Fri, 14 Feb 2014 06:02:42 EST Yeah!!! I finally got it! I am very excited to finally have gotten my new rebounder. It was my b-day yesterday and there it was. I ended up getting the cellerciser. Of course my 20 something children and husband laughed their "you know what's" off watching me bounce on it. Who cares? The heck with them, right? I compared the bounce with my very old, cheap mini-tramp and it was so different. I actually had less balance on the new one because the bounce was so much more. ( my husband wasn't thrilled that I insisted on bringing it to Florida for the winter, as it takes up the whole back of the car!!!!) However, it is the one exercise that I love and I've been using it since I got my first one DAILY. I set a time ( usually 6 pm) and stick to it. I found that I didn't have to go crazy dieting if I was exercising daily. Rebounding makes me HAPPY!
