So off to Wally World I went to buy me some duct tape. I had this all planned out. I would try this diet plan for 3 months. To cover my mouth I would need 3 inches of 1 inch wide tape per day. I told her I was going to reach my goal within the next year come hell or high water, and then I laughed because I've had my share of hell and I've had my share of high water as I'm sure many fellow residents have. Sometimes it gets frustrating but I know it is worth it. When you stand on the scale and the numbers go up one week and back down the next. I call this the Yo-Yo affect. I have been experiencing this quite often lately. But here is the good points. I know some of it has to be muscle because my measurements have not changed. Another is I am wondering how much of an effect the weather has on body weight. I have noticed that on days my scale numbers go up it is either wet and rainy out or Cold a... I went to the doctors today and all good news. He says that on my blood work that some numbers are higher than they like them but over all I am doing great. I brought all my bad numbers down and the only real health issue I have left to get under control is my Diabetes Type 2 which he says I should be rid of it soon if I keep up with what I am doing.He said my blood pressure is at a normal rate for people with diabetes and not to get it any lower till I get rid of the diabetes so all is wonde... I have read in articles on SP and other online sources about breakfast being the most important meal to eat when trying to lose weight. They say it helps to reduce your hunger through the day and people who eat breakfast eat less.
