But I can't wear it while at work in some rooms. At least not on my wrists. So I went browsing on fitbit's website and found out that I can use more than one type of Fitbit! Eventually I can just buy the plain pedometer if I want! They sync up together in my account! And they even sync up without doubling my steps if I forget and am still wearing one! Awesome eh? Having said that, I've been sticking to my plan and yet for about a month I've been stuck at the same weight. I'm looking for alternatives, and calorie shifting seems like it might be helpful. Has anyone tried it? I found one tiny study that supports it, but one study certainly isn't good scientific evidence. Anecdotally, what do you think? Has it worked or not worked for any of you? <B...
