SparkPeople Fibromyalgia Busters Team Messageboard I have Fibromyalgia. I am seeking to manage or bust it. I would love to hear from others and have an encouraging team support. Share your story and lets help each other. SparkPeople Fibromyalgia Busters Team Messageboard just checking in - from Kelly :) Good afternoon Spark Friends!

I wanted to take a minute to reach out to each of the clubs I’m a moderator for. I joined SparkPeople a few months back and was actively taking the challenges and making friends and accomplishing my weight loss goals. Then a few things started to change in my life. I had to deal with a family crisis, some health complications of my own, and an 8-yr old child who is suffering from yet-to-be-diagnosed health issues. I don't have healthy coping skills, so... Sun, 24 Mar 2019 16:33:08 EST Help! Info needed I have recently been diagnosed with this wretched disorder and I have been on Cymbalta for 6 weeks. While it seems to take most of the pain away, I have a sick stomach most of the day. I don't know which is worse. I'm considering taking myself off cold turkey and just go with motrin or something. Has anyone had this same problem???

Many thanks for any advice.

Susan Thu, 15 Mar 2012 15:10:06 EST March Maddness and Welcoming newbies ...well so much for a great start. I don't know if anyone is still here or has taken over. If they have that is OK. If not, I really want to get started back and get and stay motivated. My life/health has just been crazy the last 3 years and epically the last 1-1/2 years. That is NOT a good excuse. I have just let things and peop... Tue, 3 Jan 2012 20:49:14 EST Great Granny's muscle spasm cure Can no longer take the meds they were giving me for pain from FMS, so I am using my Great Granny's way to get rid of muscle spasms and it does work. I take 1 tablespoon of mustard..French's has the less sodium I can find, and a glass of water. if spasm is not gone in two minutes repeat and keep repeating till it is gone.
