Hi everyone! Excited to be here and it's great to meet everyone, I hope to make lots of supportive friends! Sun, 28 Aug 2011 17:24:18 EST Hello Everyone! Just wanted to say hi to my fellow sparkers! My name is Kat and I'm 23 years old. I'm actually not new to Sparkpeople, but rather back. Back in 2008 I lost 40 pounds following everything Sparkpeople gave me and unfortunately I fell off the wagon and never was able to get back on following the death of my mother. But I am back now and looking for new friends and a new beginning that I know I need, want, and deserve. Sun, 28 Aug 2011 12:33:42 EST
