SparkPeople SP Class of July 24-30, 2011 Team Messageboard Looking forward! I can't believe that I waited so long to get serious. I have been a member since 2011 and yet I never stuck to the program. I have been consistently logging and exercising now since the first of the year and have lost an honest 9+ pounds. I know that as long as I keep at it, I will slowly get rid of this extra baggage. As it has turned out after the first couple of weeks of logging it got easier and now it does not seem like such a big deal. This site is so much more than just a nutritio...
