I joined Sparkpeople a looong time ago, left a couple times, then came back. So I guess this makes the third time coming back. As you can probably tell I'm very inconsistent and don't stick to things for long. I have a challenging time getting on the site every day, recording what I eat daily, and exercising...all of which are key points to losing weight. I joined this a while back but did not notice the message part here. I try to stay active by working out, and playing basketball. Last year I started doing the 5k's and 10K's but now I train in my neighborhood going further than that, lately I have been doing 9 to 18 miles (depending on how I feel for that day) with an extra 50 lbs worth of weights.
