I had my son 18 months ago and have really struggled with my weight ever since (I have never been super tiny, but definitely in MUCH better shape than I am now). It is so sad to say, but I actually lost a lot of my pregnancy weight right after my son was born, but then gained a bunch back. I am trying to make real changes to get back in shape and be healthy. She's absolutely beautiful, and the tiny apple of our eye.
The challenge I am having is finding balance.

I run my own home business, which is great because I can stay at home with Her Tininess -- but trying to run a business that is 70% phone work with a newborn around is proving to be a little more than I can handle at the moment.

In a... Sun, 25 May 2008 18:56:36 EST Problem So, here's my problem.
My son who is 19 months is a biter.
He is a big lad for his age and his "teachers" always call him a big brute. When he gives me a hug and kiss good-bye in the morning they always comments on how it's nice to see the soft side of my son. That does not make me happy in any way.
So, last Friday I had to pick him up WAY early from school because he had bitten almost all the children and broke the skin on one. They said that he was just having a rough day.... Thu, 22 May 2008 06:52:27 EST bad week getting worse I feel like I've been posting a lot lately, but I'm not doing very well. Hopefully this group can help me stay motivated! Mon, 21 Apr 2008 11:57:20 EST Weight loss at work The best thing that worked for me at work was starting an at work weight watchers program. You need fifteen people committed and they will even arrange payroll deduction with your payroll dept. When I started the program I lost 15 pounds in 3 months. I loved that my co-workers were in the boat with me we could email each other, walk at lunch and encourage one another. Unfortunately our CEO disbanned us due to the company wanting to push their own Weight loss program. I would give anything... Thu, 27 Mar 2008 13:54:23 EST New to the Team Hi! I am a new mom to a wonderful 3 month old baby girl. My husband and I also work full time (desk jobs both of us). I find it very hard to juggle everything from work to the house to my family. Anyway just wanted to say Hi.

Oh and my husband is working on finishing his degree.
