Even if I can,t do some of the exercises I still try to my best limitations. After a few days of being limited with a knee injury the rest of my muscles have really tightened up. I finally got to attend but had to learn exercises to strengthen my right leg and lower back. So, here I am to learn exercises that won't hurt me but can strengthen my lower back and right leg and also of course to lose weight. A lifetime struggle. I guess it gives me something to do lol. Your seated videos are a lifesaver, allowed me to start exercising again. With your help, started getting more active and feeling better. So far I've done a couple of Nicole's workouts, & saw this team, so here I am. I like these 15-20 min. videos, because they're right here & just the right amount of time to fit into the rest of my exercise. <BR> My main thing is my Nordic Track Skier for cardio, but I recently bought a stepper, ball, & a couple of DVD's to mix it up and keep it interesting.
