Sat, 12 Mar 2011 10:34:58 EST Feeling a bit discouraged I've been walking 3 miles everyday in the morning 6 days and noticed that in 50 minutes that I only burn anywhere from 175-185 calories, but I burn almost 700 calories while I'm at work. I was wondering is that normal and what can I do to change that. I work as a medical records clerk in a clinic and i walk around all day everyday. The doctor told me this was high and to test my sugar levels twice a day for a few days and then come back and they would recheck it.
