Also, doesn't your meat make a difference depending on whether or not it's industrialized and corn-fed versus running around picking bugs out of my yar... I figured a new year needs a new chat board!

Lets see how active we can make it! Mon, 31 Dec 2012 20:34:40 EST Hello from Bowdoinham Maine Hey all,
My weight has been a constant struggle for me in the last decade. 8 years ago using the Atkins Diet I was able to lose enough weight to get to my goal of 185 pounds and I felt good. Since then I've gained, gained some more, and some more still. I feel less well everyday and want to feel better both physically and mentally. People look at me like they're repulsed and afraid I'll eat their children and it bothers me more than, outside this forum, I would admit. Help! Sun, 30 Dec 2012 08:34:34 EST Fell off the wagon Hello again everyone. I was here at Sparkpeople not all that long ago and was successfully losing weight. I don't know why I strayed but I did. I've fallen off the wagon and need help and support to get back on. I now have a wedding to plan and a goal weight to acheive. Please, I need all of the support that I can get! I need someone to hold me accountable for eating things that I shouldn't be. I need HELP!
