Hello everyone :) I'm fairly new to sparkpeople. I am doing alright so far but I am finding that I am having a hard time meeting my daily goal range for protein. I'm not too big on meat which is probably part of the problem. But I am looking for good recipes that have tons of protein...I'd love something like granola bars or healthy "sweets"...something I could snack on or have as dessert that doesn't make me feel guilty and has a good amount of protein.
