Cathe has caught my eye and I really have my heart set on starting some of her workouts. So far I'm pretty sure I am going to buy "Drill Max" and "Guts and Butts". I have no gym membership and a set of dumbbells that goes from 2 to 12 pounds, bands and a step. I'm having a hard time figuring out which videos I should get as a newbie with limited equipment. ... Sat, 6 Feb 2010 17:57:53 EST Cathe Catalog A few years ago, Cathe printed a catalog of all her workouts. The Catalog includes the compenium (rating the workouts), breakdowns and other information. Cathe both mailed them out and had a digital copy on the site. I guess she took down the digital file and no longer mails out the catalog. If anyone would like a copy of the digital version, send me Spark Mail. I can send you a link to download a copy. Fri, 5 Feb 2010 18:57:16 EST Hope's thread...
