When I am exercising, I know it keeps track of when I'm in zone, but does it alarm when I am in (or out) of my zone? That way I don't have to keep looking down at my watch. I love it so far, the only problem I had with it (& my other one) is that there weren't enough holes for the band for it to fit on my wrist without digging into my wrist. I just joined this team and I've been with SP for just over 1 month. I got a heart rate monitor (Polar FT7) around the time I started SP and I really like it.
