Fri, 10 Sep 2010 13:25:16 EST Getting SERIOUSLY frustrated, please advise Hello, All,

Well, I'm about a millimeter away from trashing my EASA software, which would be a shame as the workouts are great. Any advice you could offer, at least to lower my blood pressure, would be appreciated.

The workout started fine. Workout 3 of the 30-day challenge. I saw the time at the beginning and though, "cool, only about 15 min, mostly upper body stuff, no problem." And it would have been a great workout, if the (tempted to put an expletive here, but I... Thu, 9 Sep 2010 13:13:34 EST NFL Goals? To honor the kickoff of the NFL regular season this Thursday night, and to celebrate the upcoming release of EA Sports Active NFL Training Camp, I'd like to pose a couple of medium-to-long term goal deadline possibilities.

First off, EASA NFL TC will be released in almost ten weeks on Tuesday, November 16. By that time, what change(s) will you have made in your health/fitness?

Football fans (and commercial enthusiasts...) also look forward to Super Bowl XLV (45), which w... Wed, 8 Sep 2010 22:54:38 EST Hello, All Hello, All,

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tom, a 45 year old hubby and daddy of 3 amazing kidlets who's working to get rid of the gut and get healthy (after all, I'd like to see the kidlets graduate High School, hold grandkids, etc).

On the exercise front, just bought the EA sports active about 6 months ago and promptly put it into a drawer to age for a while before use :-). I thought I would take a quick sec to introduce myself. I am a mother, married and loving life. I am starting over again with this weight game. So here I am trying again and with your help I know I can a little further. Will be starting 30day challenage today. Mon, 30 Aug 2010 00:40:39 EST September Challenge This the place to get started in September. Are you planning a 6 week or 30 day start here? Fri, 27 Aug 2010 01:38:14 EST Frustration with remote I'm wanting to give my EA SA another go bc so many people rave about it. The reason I gave up the first go round was bc of the hand held remote sensor, esp on the moves with the resistance band. I kept trying to do what it said to and it kept telling me I was doing it wrong and it wouldn't let me continue.

Obviously the rest of you do it right bc it's working for you, so what am I doing wrong? Thu, 26 Aug 2010 09:36:22 EST Sometimes You don't always need the Leg Strap Yesterday, I forgot to put on the strap to put the nunchuck in. Guess what? I was still able to do my front and backward lunges. I tried today with the side lunges, but it don't work as well (LOL). Mon, 23 Aug 2010 07:25:46 EST One Day @ A Time I've decided that I'm only going to take my workout regiment one day at a time. It seems that when I try to do a challenge, I don't ever do it. So I started doing the workouts by selecting the preselected training. Today, I did Workout 2, hard. There are 20 workouts. I plan to do them all.

I also need to get me some cardio. I normally walk after walk, but its been raining every evening when I get off work. If I get home, I'm not going to do any exercising, that is why I try to get ... Sun, 22 Aug 2010 14:38:29 EST Just started the Active 30 Day Challenge Today! Hello everyone! I just started the Active 30 Day Challenge today, and wanted somewhere to post my progress. Anyone else out there just started and want to join in with me? Sat, 21 Aug 2010 19:29:19 EST New Guy to EA Sports Active Been messing around with Wii Fit Plus for a while and was looking for more of a challenge. Just picked up EA Sports Active and More Workouts for my wife and I to use. Played with it a little yesterday and felling a little burn in the legs today. I am impressed so far and excited to add to the mix of exercises I do. Fri, 6 Aug 2010 00:27:38 EST How do you track EA Active on Sparkpeople? How is everyone tracking your EA Active workouts on Sparkpeople? I always do my own cardio first, but EA Active is a combonation of Stregnth and Cardio, so I am not sure how to enter it on myfitness. Wed, 4 Aug 2010 16:12:49 EST Hello Hello all, I have had the EA Sports Active for about 2 months now. I love it but I have never, ever been able to finish the 30 day challenge. Im so glad I found this team, now I don't feel like I'm alone at this and I can keep motivated. Maybe now I can do the 30 days and reward myself with more workouts!!! Yay wish me luck!!! Tue, 3 Aug 2010 16:23:50 EST Hi Hi everyone,
I'm a huge fan of the Wii active since my husband bought it for me when it first came out. I have been using it for quite some time but never manage to complete the 30 day challenge in 30 days. Now i have started again and actually having a lot of fun. My main challenge is to actually be able to get up at 6am. I have set a goal for myself: complete the 30 day challenge and I will reward myself with the Wii active more workout. Sat, 24 Jul 2010 16:49:50 EST Arrggg! Latex bands? I just put my resistance band together to get ready for my first EA workout, and my hands are now tearing itchy! Are the bands made of latex? There is nothing in the leaflet to say one way or another, and I have already thrown out the box. If they are, I REALLY think that should be in big bold letters on the box. Latex allergies can be life-threatening.

So, I'm thinking of either finding latex-free bands or perhaps wrist weights? Anybody have a suggestion for how heavy the latt... Sat, 24 Jul 2010 07:18:43 EST Hello I am new to Ea Active More Workouts Hi. I just started EA Active More Workouts and am very impressed with the calorie burn. I did have a little trouble holding the Wiimote, but soon had a handle on it. I am hypothyroid and it can take a lot for me to drop the pounds. I am looking to exercise (with the help of my Wii) to make the difference. I also use Walk It Out, My Fitness Coach, Just Dance, and have now gotten Gold's Gym Cardio Workout to help with all of this. Looking forward to discussing this game with all of you. Thu, 22 Jul 2010 15:21:22 EST getting back in the grove Hi it’s been awhile since I have done the wii active so yesterday I decided I have to get back in the grove and on track with it because I was noticing the difference in myself and my body when I was doing it daily.

Is there anyone else that has stop for awhile but now would like to get back on track with the 30 day challenge?

I just started yesterday with day 1. is there anyone that would like to join me? My goal is simple: actually make it through all 30 days for once! 20 Sat, 10 Jul 2010 23:26:49 EST How to input into Fitness tracker? Hi all, how can I input my wii active exercises into the strength training part of the fitness tracker? Thank you. Sat, 10 Jul 2010 13:35:29 EST just started EA Active yesterday Hi,

I am almost 35, and trying to lose 50lbs. I've been on Sparkpeople for a while, but just got the EA Active. I got it because wii fit just wasn't enough, and I needed something for Cross Training days. I am the slowest runner I know, but am training to run a 5K (I used to run more, but haven't in the last year).

Anyway, I started the 30 day challenge yesterday, and the only change I made was to use weights instead of the rubber strap. I just got done with day 2, a... Wed, 7 Jul 2010 13:09:46 EST Newbie Hello everyone!! I'm excited to find a group for the wii, my new favorite toy!! Wed, 30 Jun 2010 20:16:32 EST Frustrated by Missing Trophy So, after several failed attempts at completing the 30 Day Challenge in 30 Days or less, I decided to make June my month. I started the 30 Day challenge on June 1st, and I decided to tackle the hardest level. I'll admit that I did customize the workouts a bit -- I cut out the running exercises because the sensors never detect my movements right and then I get frustrated. In my defense, though, I've been walking and jogging on a treadmill every day for 30-60 minutes, so I don't feel guilty abo... Wed, 30 Jun 2010 17:54:06 EST shin pain when running in place I followed the Couch to 5k program in order to train for a 5k. Last week, I started a 6-week EASA challenge and upon running in place during one of the exercises, I experienced pretty bad shin pain. For the rest of the week, I rested and iced, thinking I had shin splints. Thankfully, I was able to run the 5k two days ago.

Today, I did another workout, and when I had to run in place, again I felt shin pain (though not as bad as last week). I'm definitely going to skip any running in... Mon, 28 Jun 2010 11:08:12 EST new to just found this site and am so excited! I have never used EA Active.

Can anyone tell me how you like it, etc?

I have used the WII Fit and WII Biggest Loser Tue, 22 Jun 2010 16:57:13 EST What would you do if you were me??? I have EA Sports Active (the first one) and am almost finished with my first 30 Day Challenge on the medium setting. A few weeks ago, I started the Couch to 5K program, so now I am running/walking 3 days per week. On those days, I cannot do EA Sports Active. But I would like to use EA Sports Active on my days off (either 3 or 4 days per week).

How would you do this if you were me? Would you start a new 30 Day Challenge (hard setting)? Or would you just use some of the exercise... Mon, 21 Jun 2010 21:36:04 EST EA effective for weight loss? I just started EA personal trainer,I've done 4 workouts with it and really love it! I can see it's going to be great for muscle building especially in the legs!

My question is - is it effective by itself for weight loss? My calories stayed in range this week and I did not do any other workout except EA, and noticed my weight stayed the same..
My usual form of exercise is treadmill walks(45 min/4 days a week) plus upper body strength training(not a lot)
Sat, 19 Jun 2010 11:42:05 EST EA Sports Active 2 - All new version This looks awesome! It will be available on all game consoles with new motion tracking and heart rate monitors. See the new trailer:

I can't wait to get it. How's the workouts going? Thu, 17 Jun 2010 23:59:12 EST Rest Days?? The rest days for the 30 day challenge, are you supposed to take that day off from work out??? Cuz I have been for a couple of weeks now, and now I'm worried that I was supposed to do it everyday!!! Plus, I havent excerised for 2 of the "work out" days does that screw me up? :( Tue, 15 Jun 2010 16:01:54 EST New To Team! Hello All,
I've been working out on Wii Fit, and am excited to add EA Active to the mix! Tue, 15 Jun 2010 15:35:05 EST New Here (Hi) and I have a Question??? Hi Everyone! So glad to see that there's an EA Sports Active Team here!! It's a fabulous program. As I said, I have a question... how do you log your fitness minutes on Spark? I just started (with the first EA Sports Active program) and I did 26 minutes of cardio AND strength mixed together. What do you guys do to log you fitness on this program.
Thanks,
Debra Fri, 11 Jun 2010 13:13:44 EST Wii Fit plus balance board $69.99 If you are interested.

I found the Wii Fit Plus and balance board for $69.99 at today.

/Wii/p roductdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=1 9&sku=A3082488
Thu, 10 Jun 2010 19:58:44 EST NEED HELP:: Question Which is better:: The original EA Sports Active Personal Trainer or the all new EA Sports Active More Workouts.
Should I get both or just the latest one and the leg strap and resistance band?
Are they worth it? Wed, 2 Jun 2010 23:32:22 EST 30 day challenge better than the 6 week one? Is it just me or is the 30 day challenge easier to complete than the 6 week one? I find both very challenging but around the 3rd week things always seem to come up while I'm doing the 6 week challenge and I find it hard to complete in time. The 30 day seems more manageable, it might just be a state of mind thing, having to commit to 6 weeks is a long time. I've gone back to the 30 day challenge and upped the intensity to high. does anyone else have trouble finishing the 6 week challenge in 6... Wed, 2 Jun 2010 15:30:42 EST Just wanted to intoduce myself! Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. It wasn't a push over work out, i felt like i accomplished something.

When i first got the 'game' i tried to do the squats, not only did it HURT but my son tried to help by running into my butt. I put the game away and started up again last night, and was able to do the squats and was really proud of how low i was able to go.
<... Mon, 3 May 2010 12:28:12 EST 30 day challenge question I have a question about the 30-day challenge.

Is the schedule you set at all flexible? For example, at the beginning you need to set which days you exercise and which days you rest. At times, I find that I have to change those days around in a particular week (e.g., exercise on a rest day/rest on an exercise day) but that automatically makes me look like I'm not meeting the challenge. So, the message I always get is that my goals are expired and I haven't met the challenge.
... Mon, 3 May 2010 09:28:32 EST Pedal to the Metal Hi, my name is Jason and thanks for visiting our blog. I have struggled with obesity almost my entire life. My father got sick with cancer when I was seven and died soon after my eighth birthday. I did not show my emotions, but ran to food as my only source of comfort. I would consume $30-$40 per week of junk food (twenty years ago that was a lot of money) from Little Debbie's to potato chips.
By age fourteen I hit 285 pounds. When I was a senior in High School I was working three jobs, ... Sun, 2 May 2010 14:07:12 EST Trying Again Hi, everyone. I'm Becky, a 26-year old recent graduate. I've tried using Spark before, but usually forget to track a day and then spiral away from it all together. I've had EAS for just a few months now and keep restarting the 30-day because I get a few days in and something comes up. I want to be able to do it straight through (M-F for six weeks) and now that I've graduated, I think I'll have to time to fit it into my daily schedule. I look forward to convos with other EAS fans and wish ever... Sun, 2 May 2010 13:31:15 EST I just started the 30 day challenge. Day 1 - 122 calories on the easy setting. 22 mins. I have a 15 month old daughter and a 6.5 week old son, so I've got some cumulative baby weight to lose. Thought I'd join up here and see what I could get out of others using the Wii. Fri, 30 Apr 2010 23:45:21 EST Hi! I've been sparking for 3 months and decided that I needed to amp up my fitness routine. I have owned the EA Sport Active for about 6 months, but I have not been using it because I didn't know how to track it. I completed the first day of my 30 day challenge a few minutes ago. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you. Fri, 30 Apr 2010 11:31:28 EST Im new to the TEAM and Sports Active Hello I have been a member of SP since my little girl was born and I was ready to start losing the baby weight. Well 2 years later I am really ready. I purchased WII Active and love it. I am going to finish the 30 day challenge and as a reward purchase the second version. I love this site and I also now love Wii Active. I am hoping that with the help of the team I can stay motivated and get to my ultimate goal. 30 Mon, 26 Apr 2010 23:08:47 EST Bodylastics + EA Sports Active = Awesome Workout!! First off let me say I love EA Sports Active and More Workouts. My only beef with the program was the resistance band that came with the game. It's fine for those that haven't worked out in a while, or have never worked out at all. But, for me, it provides little or no resistance at all. That's when it hit me, why don't I just use the Bodylastics bands I purchased a while back. They're durable and offer way more resistance. So I just took the black hand grips off and hooked them on my Bodylas... Mon, 26 Apr 2010 15:24:12 EST yes, you can use your bike with EA SA!! I had knee surgery recently and probably the hardest part of using EA SA has been the running. I never enjoyed running before then, but now I have a knee that aches more than it used to, especially after exercising. Today, I decided to see if I could use my stationary bike for the running sections of my workout and it worked! Yes, I know the distance is easier to cover than it was while running, but I can counter that with increased tension on my bike and longer distances. It is so much eas... Wed, 14 Apr 2010 11:53:37 EST question on daily totals Is there any way to see daily calories burned and minutes worked out? I've been using EA for a couple of weeks and can only seem to find the totals to date. Yesterday I did a 30-day workout then later did some cardio boxing and tennis drills on custom, but did those at 3 separate times over the day. I would like to be able to log my time/kcal here but I couldn't find the total for the day anywhere on EA. Wed, 14 Apr 2010 07:51:45 EST Wooo Hello there! So I was THRILLED when the Wii came out - finally something active other than DDR.

I had no idea whether to get the WiiFit or Wii Active so my 14 yr old son looked at both (he's my game/electronics expert) and he saw that EA Active was more of a 'workout'. I'm so glad I got it and I have just completed my first week of the 30 Day Challenge! <BR... Sat, 3 Apr 2010 10:27:54 EST "Just Dance" I got this the other day and think it's great - a good laugh too!

What do you reckon folks?

:) Mon, 29 Mar 2010 18:53:02 EST New tools for Wii Fit and EASA I'm so glad I went grocery shopping over the weekend. While there, I found a few new tools for the Wii on markdown. The boxes say they're for the Wii Fit, but I would think they'd work for EASA, too. I have both the Wii Fit as well as EASA, but Fit didn't seem like much of a workout (though, I honestly didn't give it a chance, so I really don't even know).

I found light weighted dumbbells to hold the nunchuk and remote. I'm glad because I cannot stand the strap. I've worked ou... Mon, 29 Mar 2010 07:49:39 EST Running with EASA I'm an EASA newbie, and have been doing the EASA on our carpeted floor while wearing my running shoes. There is something going on that's making the arches of my feet hurt. I noticed that this happens when I'm trying to run in place, but not when I run around the room. Anyone else have this problem? It gets so bad that unless I have enough space to run around, I have to take my shoes off. Mon, 29 Mar 2010 07:35:06 EST Active adict in Oregon! How did I not find this group sooner!?!? I'm in my second 30 day series. I bumped up the difficulty and am looking to bump it up one more. I just need to find a way around the jumping exercises... My knees just don't like them!

Does anyone out there use free weights instead of the bands? I am tired of catching the remotes and wires on the bands and would like a little more 'umph' in my workout. Wed, 24 Mar 2010 13:50:05 EST Help it's stuck Help, Cant figure out what to do. Sometimes during my EA sports active workout, the trainer stops and it keeps telling me I am doing it wrong. But I have the remotes correctly positioned and it continues to tell me it is wrong and I end up having to skip the exercise and go on with the nest, because no matter what I do it wont start up again Tue, 23 Mar 2010 11:34:22 EST how do i get myself up and going again? Hi my husband bought us the wii fit active after January 1st and i was doing it just about every day. i really enjoy doing it and its not boring to me its like playing a wii game and then i get the fitness part too ya know lol.

I am wondering how can i get myself to start doing it again lately i just haven't felt like doing anything i just sit in front of the tv after work

please help???? Mon, 22 Mar 2010 11:18:18 EST Hi everyone Good morning all

My wonderful husband brought me the Wii Fit Active.

It was my 1st 30 day challenged it was great.

I was wondering what do you track the personal trainer workout as on the cardio page for sparkpeople?

If some could let me know i would really appericate it.

With thanks

Conchita
Mon, 22 Mar 2010 10:43:02 EST Love the EA Sport Active! Hello!
I am new to SP but excited to find a new way to connect with people on the same journey i am on. I bought the EA Sport Active and the "more workouts" games when they came out and LOVE them! The best part is that as i have used them i have lost weight (60# in a year) and feel very confident that i can lose the rest...I was even featured as a challenger on the website at christmas time!! I hope everyone finds success with their programs and sees the results! Good luck! Sunshine Sat, 20 Mar 2010 22:35:36 EST What other games/exercise progs do you use/like? Just wondered what other games/exercise progs. that you like for the Wii?

Here are some of mine.

"Wii Fit Plus" - not as good as Sports Active... but there are some fun games on there... the 'step' prog. is good for use with the balance board though, as is the cycling... and the 'hula hoop' game really has a good effect - best thing about it though - it's FUN! :D

"EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis" - this is an excellent game that uses the Motion Plus and is pretty ... Sat, 20 Mar 2010 10:58:30 EST Does this sound right or possible I just got my EA Sports and I did day 2 of the 30 day challenge last night. I wore my HR monitor and the game said I burned 111 calories, but my HR Monitor said I burned 326 calories. I periodically looked at my HR watch and my heart rate was up a lot of the time. I was so excited with the results. I was breathing heavy and sweating so maybe.... Fri, 19 Mar 2010 11:34:24 EST Howdy from the U.K. Neil here - nice to meet you all.

Big fan of 'Active' - I use it when I don't go to the gym... I do my own 'custom' routines which I find both fun and great exercise.

More from me later.

:) Wed, 17 Mar 2010 20:04:16 EST Hello! Hello team! Glad to be a member. I love EA Active, and while I don't do it but about once a week due to my outside of the house workout schedule, I do it every chance I get. Mon, 15 Mar 2010 10:05:07 EST Newbie Here! My name is Shannon, and I've been wanting to get the EA Sports Active for quite a while now. Found it yesterday at a used game store, with all the accessories, for just $30! So, I haven't started it yet, but I will be soon. Just finished a class I've been taking at the gym. Haven't seen any weight loss but have lost inches around the waist mostly, some in the hips. I'm needing to cut back on spending, but I need to continue exercise, so I got this. I'm hoping to exercise outside as much... Thu, 11 Mar 2010 23:24:48 EST 30 day challenge and missing days I started my 30 day challenge a month ago, I should have finished yesterday but got really sick last week and ended up having to take a break. I've eased myself back into exercise and tonight I went back to my 30 day challenge. When I went on it told me I would not complete my 30 day challenge in 30 days and did I want to start new or continue. I opted to continue as I wanted to finish what I started even though I had no choice but take a break. Even so I can't help but feel maybe the gam... Mon, 8 Mar 2010 23:56:29 EST Starting the 6-week over again So I "failed" it last time. I mean I completed all workouts but in 8 weeks. This time I plan on doing it in 6 weeks! Mon, 8 Mar 2010 14:30:14 EST started last sunday Glad I found this group! Started my 30 day challenge last sunday. Got so motivated Thursday nite I did two workouts, very disappointed that the challenge didn't recognize both. But that wont get me down. Gonna turn 39 on the 19th and am determined to get below 170lbs. Sat, 6 Mar 2010 03:53:55 EST Hi everyone! I am doing this while seated... Hi I wont got into details about me because that would take to long. However I will say that due to multiple problems with my foot right now I have been instructed to be off my feet...since around October but really started in September. I bought the Wii in December for the goal of weight loss for all my family members and quickly found that I could not stand up for very long on it without being in pain. Well I did a ton of research and Wii Active seemed to be a great choice. Well I have done... Tue, 2 Mar 2010 14:08:41 EST Anyone else HATE Squat Holds??? Oh my gosh those things about kill me. I don't care for the jump lunges either, but at least I can DO those!! When I see the squat holds on my workout routine for the day, I just cringe. I AM getting better at them, yesterday I was shockingly able to hold for 40 seconds!!! I was proud of myself, but it was so miserable I just want to cry while I am trying to hold. This is my 3rd 30 day challenge that I am doing. It's good that I am getting better at them, but I just absolutely HATE HATE... Tue, 2 Mar 2010 10:02:25 EST Can anyone help? I just started a new 30 day challenge and it says all my goals are expired. Does anyone know how to reset the goals. It bums me out to see that every day. It started about 10 days in to my last challenge. Tue, 2 Mar 2010 06:01:20 EST March Challenge Let us know what you have planned for or how your current work outs are going for March. Let's challenge each other to be more active this month. Mon, 1 Mar 2010 17:19:06 EST Balance Board Question There is an option to use the balance board with the 30 day challenge. I chose not to, but now I am wondering, does it make the workout more challenging to use the board? Has anyone compared results?

Thanks in advance. Mon, 1 Mar 2010 05:39:37 EST Just got my EA Sports Active...... I only was testing it out.. Im very new at this.... my first problem...the strap fell off.. kept falling down while I was running. Now I was wearing jeans so maybe that is why i was just checking it out.

Also I was trying to do the squats and it wanted me to go real low and I just cant do them that low.. is there no way to adjust this? Sun, 28 Feb 2010 14:37:29 EST 6 Week Challenge I have the Wii active and I only see the 30 day challenge I did the 30 days and thought on the 31st day it would give that as an option, but all it did was ask if I wanted to do it again? Is the 6 week challenge only on the new Wii Active I think it's in a blue box, I only have the orange box. 303 Thu, 25 Feb 2010 14:39:49 EST calories burned on ea more workouts hi
does anyone know how accurate the calorie burn is on ea, i did a custom workout of 30 mins step fast, then some aquash, boxing, running and a few more bits, total time 50 mins and it said i had burned 999 calories - this is great but is it real - a bit too good to be true i think.

any information on this anyone

thanks carole Thu, 25 Feb 2010 11:46:07 EST Can't wait to get started! I just bought it last nite on my way home from work and set up my profile when i got home, i can't wait to use it tonite! Thu, 25 Feb 2010 08:57:05 EST Just got a Wii and EA Sports Active I just bought a Wii today along with EA Sports Active, Wii Sports Resort, and the new Super Mario Bros.

Just started the first day of the 30 day challenge and burned 200 calories over 21 minutes.

Has anyone had any problems with the thigh strap staying in place. I have to admit that my thighs are a "problem area" so I am not sure what to do, it just keeps sliding down to my knee, which takes away from some of the exercise time. Wed, 24 Feb 2010 19:46:53 EST Compare "easy" with "medium"? For those who completed the EASA 30 day workout on the easy level, and then went to medium, what was the difference? Was it increased repetitions on strength training, or increased cardio, or both? Do the workouts get longer?

The 30 day challenge has been really good as a strength workout for me, but I always have to add more cardio during my day, and I was wondering what to expect when I do my next challenge.

Thanks for any advice! Wed, 24 Feb 2010 17:16:58 EST Riser for Fit Board I've been thinking about getting the riser for the Fit Board for some time. I really like doing the step routines on Fit Plus but really don't want to spend that much money if i only use it on one thing.

I was looking at it at lunch today and it listed the games that it's compatible with and one of them was EA Sports Active. I'm only 6 days in EASA and I haven't seen yet where it would be used. Are there activities within the game that would be enhanced with the riser???
Wed, 24 Feb 2010 14:58:58 EST KNEES ARE HURTING AFTER 3RD OF 6 WEEK CHALLENGE Am I doing something wrong? Sat, 20 Feb 2010 08:29:53 EST Hi Everyone ~ Newbie Morning all! So happy to find an EA Active group on Spark. I have just started (4 days in) my first 30 day challenge. I love EA Active!!! Already seeing results - amazing! And of course I feel great as well. Looking forward to getting to know all of you. One quick question - I see a lot of people who talk about the 6 week challenge. Is that something that will become avialable to me after I complete the 30-day or am I missing something? Thanks! Thu, 18 Feb 2010 11:15:00 EST EA Sports Active Question I don't actually have EA Sports yet, but I'm going to get it soon. But I need to know what to get. I have resistance bands, so I don't need those, but I can't really tell what the leg band is all about. Do I have to have that for something? I was looking for just the original EA Sports game, but all I could find was the bundle. If I buy just the More Workouts disc, will I not be able to use it without the leg band? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Wed, 17 Feb 2010 10:55:35 EST Hello all! I'm new to the EA Sports Active group. I enjoy my EA sports when I can't hit the gym. Or even after I hit the gym. Wed, 10 Feb 2010 11:37:51 EST Journal on EASA More Workouts I no longer "waste" my time filling in the journal since they changed the way it calculates the medals. The program tells you to take a rest day essentially every third day. The original gave you overall credit on the rest day. Hi everyone! My boyfriend got me a Wii for Christmas and right after I got EA Active. I love, love, love it! I finish my first 30-day challenge on Wednesday and on Thursday we are going to Mexico for 8 days :) I've lost all of the substantial amount of weight (8 pounds!) I gained over the holidays...yay! Mon, 25 Jan 2010 17:08:00 EST So glad to find this team! Hi all, I'm Ann. I bought a Wii to help keep me fit on days when the weather isn't cooperating or I don't have time to drive to the gym. I love working out but this is so much fun that I get excited when I turn it on! I'm not really looking to lose weight, more so just get more fit and tone up. I'd like to lower my body fat and I think this, combined with the gym and other workouts will help. Good to be able to have a place to chat about work outs though! Mon, 25 Jan 2010 13:57:42 EST day 3 of 30 day active! Hi Everyone,

My name is Erica and I just bought a Wii this weekend to celebrate passing my National Boards Examination :) Purchased EA active and I have done 2 days of the 30 day challenge. Didn't buy the new version yet (thought I'd start with the original).

Any advice or suggestions for a new comer?
Thanks and hope you have a terrific day!
30 Mon, 25 Jan 2010 13:57:11 EST Newbie from Charlotte, NC w/a question. I am not new to EASA, but am new to this team. Hello everyone. I love my EASA and my husband got me EASA -More Games for Christmas. My question is this: I started the 6-week challenge, but then got sick and wasn't able to do it for about two weeks. I'm ready to begin again. Is there a way to reset the challenge to start over and not just pick up where I left off? Mon, 25 Jan 2010 13:14:50 EST
