I stuffed myself with cake and then began to feel sorry for myself. I couldn't fit into my clothes this morning,not just from the cake, but from not watching what I eat for a long time. I am hoping this group can help keep my motivated to exercise and eat right. I'm also struggling with my children right now which leaves me incredibly stressed and prone to snack a lot.
