Hello fine folks. Haven't been on spark for a little bit so i wanted to drop in and say hi. I took off work today and will be heading out soon to take a 4 mile walk on the beach. I find it so invigorating in the winter --- as long as you dress right that is. Thin layering is the way to go - so you don't feel like the michelan man walking. LOL.
Have a great day and keep on walkin'!!!!!! 311 Mon, 6 Feb 2012 13:21:53 EST Fresh air,and getting invigorated. Hi. My name is Jody and I'm from Lynnwood,Wa. next to Seattle,Wa. I 'm brand new to your group. I hope this team can be motivating to me as I'll try to in courage you guys also. It always seems harder to walk in the winter. But we can do it. Put on some warm clothes,Put on a good attitude, say to your self this will be fun. Reward your self with a hot bath, or a cup of sugar free coccoa and know you accomplished alot. Sun, 15 Jan 2012 12:30:14 EST I am new and nervous I am new, but nervous attempting to make a promise to walk my weight off is a huge commitment. Stress has taken a big toll on my body.
