I have been on a stretching program lately, which is really making me feel better. I couldn't believe the difference it made in my ability to play after that long off. Stretching always gives me more energy, relaxes me and allows me to do things I normally can't. Major NSV for me. You get 5 points if you hit your tee shot in the fairway ( or on the green for par 3's) and then take 1 point off for every putt. If you miss the fairway you are just out of the hole. It really makes you think about your game. It makes a pretty fair game for even unequal matches. All you have to do is hit it straight and putt, being a big hitter doesn't make a bit of differenc...
