I've finally officially lost 30lbs, and I'm 198.6 this morning, which means I've stepped out of the 200s! ESE has made this the least obsessive, and most flexible weight loss lifestyle I've ever tried. Events when I would normally have gained weight, like moving or being sick have not tripped me up this time. I'm looking forward to losing another 40lbs this way.
