SparkPeople Spark Utah The Official Team Team Messageboard What Are Your Weaknesses and How Do You Curb Them? My weakness is sugar, sugar, sugar. It's like a drug for me! It's terrible. One way I have found that helps curb my sweets craving is having sugar free jello on hand. My weakest time is in the evenings when I finally have a minute to sit down and relax. The first thing I want to do is grab some cookies and curl up on the couch.
