I started Sparks last year and lost almost 50lbs. As I was finishing up school I stopped exercising and stress ate. So I gained 15 lbs back. I have made a commitment to myself that I need to drink my daily water requirements and exercise on a steady schedule, I will have success again. Looking forward to reaching my goals this year!
