They call for me to eat more food than i have ever ate in one day but i have 120lbs to loose. I have cut out sugars, caffeine, cigarettes, and eating lean meats with vegis. Im sure im doing something wrong because my scales are not budging and I eat 1000 calories less than they call for. After my daily exercise I still have those calories open.
