I've noticed that the maximum number of points on the log in wheel seems to vary sometimes. I have seen up to 20 points - sometimes only 5. <BR> Today the maximum was 5, I got 3. How about you? When I go to Planet Fitness I usually do 30 minutes on the arc trainer then the strength training, followed by another 20 minutes of treadmill. I can't do that everyday, but I do want to get some cardio in each day. Today I did a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk. This takes 32 minutes including warmup / cooldown and stretching. The new Arc Trainers are near the front but in the front rown. The original ones are nearer to the back of the gym.
